   LinkinDots is a digital out of home (DOOH) programmatic reseller platform. Users are allowed to use the platform to purchase and sell DOOH advertisements. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

   To use the platform, users must create an account. Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. LinkinDots reserves the right to terminate user accounts that violate any of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Payment:
   Users of LinkinDots are responsible for payment of all services rendered. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

   All content and materials on the LinkinDots platform are owned by LinkinDots or its affiliates and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Indemnification:
   You agree to indemnify and hold LinkinDots and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, losses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability:
   LinkinDots and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform or the inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
8. Governing Law:
   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkinDots is located.
9. Modification of Terms:
   LinkinDots reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
